I miss her.

この人に会ってみたかった。
She passed away before I visited Second Life.
でも私がSLに来る前に逝ってしまっていた。

Riko Kamachi
SL 3.9.2007 - 2.25.2015

SL content creator and Relay for Life volunteer
The following were compiled by Vickie Maidstone:

Riko Kamachi signed up to be a part of this exhibit early in the year.  Before she could tell her own story, she lost her life to cancer on February 25, 2015.  She fought...hard...but ultimately didn't make it.  Her fight is still a part of this exhibit - our memories of her will always be treasured.

I'm now out of hospital and (more or less) catching up with things. If you bought something and didn't receive it, now would be a good time to send me a message - on the website please, I have yet to log in. Thank you for your patience!
 I placed flowers for her.

Capsa(2)

I visited CAPSA. It was the first time I join this world. I want to show some pics there. On arrival it was night time there. But I met developer and she taught me many things to do. Shoot pics is one of my asking. F12 works for it.

I could change the time by weather command.

"F"  is menu for dances and emotes and some other behavior.

They said it is alpha and they plan to make lots of things possible in near future. Japanese menu will be available in coming December.

CAPSA

Capsa - Introduction

Introduction and FAQ :)
Hi everyone and welcome to Capsa's Early Access!

Here we hope to answer any questions you have about the game. Please see our Greenlight page in short term for any previous information we've posted, we will be including more information on these discussion forums shortly.

Q: When do you plan to release?
A: We are releasing October 23rd. It will not be midnight for everyone due to timezones - it will be 18:00 UTC or 10am PST. As process is not automatic, it may be give or take 10 mins :)

Q: What languages do you plan to include at launch?
A: We are aiming for 14 languages including English, Ελληνικά, 简体中文, 繁體中文, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Nederlands, Polski, Português, Português-Brasil, Русский, Español and Türkçe. More languages will follow over the next 6 months.

Q: Do you plan to support VR?
A: Currently VR (Steam VR via VIVE) support is undergoing development, it is not 100% known if it will be included at launch, or within the following week as we want to get it right, please check our store page as we near release as support will be indicated there.

Q: How many developers are working on this project?
A: Just the two of us have made this game, with a handful of friends to assist with testing.

Q: What will it cost?
A: The price will be 19.99 GBP (24.99 USD). This subject to regional pricing based around what taxes different users pay and may change based on currency exchange rates.

Q: Are there any subscription fees, microtransations or premium currencies?
A: There is none of that, just the one-off purchase of the game. We will be developing DLC as well as many years of season passes as we leave early access, but all core gameplay and map expansions will always be free. We also have plans for monthly free DLC packs, some of which may be items not part of our original development plan and taken from requests from the community :)

Q: Linux, Mac OS, Steam OS etc.
A: We would like to do all of those yes (with Steamplay support and cross platform multiplayer) but as we are a small team we do not have the resources right now to undertake this. We hope to achieve this over the next year however.

Q: Which engine do you use?
A: Unreal Engine 4.

Q: Is this multiplayer exclusive?
A: You can play locally without requiring to be online and nothing is restricted to multiplayer. Though most the fun will be in playing the game with friends or being in a world with other people. When in singleplayer its a bit like playing in an empty online server.

Q: Can we upload our own 3D models?
A: We’ve opted for a closed environment primarily as our focus is on providing a seamless world that can be played without the need to download assets or require prerequisites to play. Our focus is on in-depth ingame customization tools that are easy to use and will also allow users to jump between servers and carry all their various personalizations with them.

Q: Can I have a closed beta key, a free key etc.?
A: There are no closed betas, private keys, or other ways of getting the game for free. We currently only offer the game on the Steam store (and will be looking at other stores later).

Q: Is there nudity?
A: There is no nudity in Capsa. At most there is beach and swimwear, there is a variety but no more or less than what would be accetable to find at a real life beach or pool. The game is aimed at everyone rather than being an age restricted title.

Largest freebie shops

Voyager and Cassini

“Voyager and Cassini – Where No One Has Gone Before!”

by Phil Youngblood Ph.D

Saturday, November 11th at 10 AM PST
Abstract:
Reality begins with a vision. Over 50 years ago, a NASA JPL scientist realized that a rare alignment of planets to take place years in the future could be exploited by a spacecraft using Jupiter’s gravity to slingshot itself to the outer planets and beyond. That vision led to the Pioneer, Voyager, Cassini, and New Horizons missions that left us spellbound with wonder as these craft gave us a closeup view of the worlds that are our neighbors.
